Day(s): Third Thursday of January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November of 2025.

The Annual Meeting is scheduled for the Third Thursday of October prior to the regular meeting. 

Location: The Windsor Community Recreation Center  - 250 11th Street, Windsor, CO 80550 and via Teleconference

Time: 6:00 PM

Per the provisions of Section 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended by HB21-1278, the District may hold meetings of the Board at a physical location or by telephonic, electronic, or virtual means, or a combination of the foregoing.
